Another question if I may, Alex - anyone.
The screenshot below shows five through hole connections for a 5 pin header. Pad 1 is for a groundplane so is fine, Pads 2-3-4-5 would obviously now be dead shorts though. So my question is this:
How do I remove the copper from the outer edge of the round pad out to edge of the highlighted square, to give a copper / solder free area.
Right click on the pad and select "Hide pad ring in layer".
Well I'm struggling with this one.
Below is the copper pour around my five pin header, as you can see though the circular masks for the pins are wragged and not truly circular. How can I correct this please (I've spent hours trying to figure this one).
Decrease "line width" and "line spacing" parameters in copper pour properties. But don't go too far, small parameters increase copper pour complexity.
