We changed the location of a file directory that contained the pattern and component libraries for a project and now all the library links in the component editor and schematic capture are broken. Is there a way to update all of these without having to manually change hundreds of links?

You can export schematic file to DipTrace ASCII format, then open the file in a text editor. Use "find" and "replace" tools for changing path to libraries. Save the ASCII file, then import it in Schematic.
