Getting Started

Getting started with DipTrace is easy. To learn some basic functions which are not evident use “Examples\QuickStart.dip” for the PCB program, “Examples\QuickStart.dch” for the Schematic program and the files with “lesson” word in the file name. To learn how to design simple project and libraries using step-by-step guide, download the tutorial. Notice that you can ask any questions by email during trial period. For the registered customers email technical support is unlimited.

This document will show you how to design a simple Schematic and its PCB, then how to create your own pattern and component libraries. The tutorial includes step-by-step design guide and the description of many additional features. It allows you to discover DipTrace and to find your way around the program.
