Privacy Policy

Privacy of our visitors and customers is very important for us. We treat any personal information with utmost care and strive to protect you from disclosing your personal details to other parties. Novarm collects information from our website users and customers. In the following statement we will describe the type of information we collect and how we use it.

Personal Information

After submitting the order we receive the confirmation email with customer name, email, address, phone number and DipTrace edition info. Customer name, email and edition are stored at the Novarm's local computer. These details are used to send information about updates, to recover lost registration keys and to provide customer support. Novarm does not sell, rent or divulge any personal information provided by the customers.

Credit Card Details

Registration for DipTrace is done via FastSpring and ShareIt using SECURED connection. These registration services are today the most trusted and reliable credit card processors. Novarm does not get the credit card numbers from registration services, so your card number is securely protected by FastSpring or ShareIt. We only get the order confirmation with customer contact data.

Logged IP Information

IP adresses of visitors are automatically logged into server logs at our web server. We use this information periodically to obtain server load and geographical statistics.
