Problem loading new components from SamacSys Search

I would love to use SamacSys to load new components into the schematic, however I've never been able to get it to work? The YouTube video makes it look so easy. Can anybody share the tricks in order to make this work?

Thanks for the help!

Fill in area of copper pour?

Hi Guys, I have a copper pour that I would like to fill the area of a rectangular pad over the three via's all the way to the pour surrounding it? I am doing this to increase copper to a transistor for cooling. Anyone have any idea how I can achieve this?
Thanks for the help! :D
