Mask/paste setting on regular vias?

Is it possible to change soldermask setting on a via that is part of a trace? It is normally possible for static vias with proper dropdown menu, but that doesn;t seem to be the case for routing vias. Of course i can convert routing vias to static, but maybe there's a way to avoid that. btw. what is ...

HU/WF type connectors. Re: DRC error when connecting new trace to existing via.

Apparently when I updated to 2.3.1 (I was using 2.2.9 beta) the issue sort of disappeared. I mean the purple arror circle appears, but all errors go away as soon as i run the DRC check.

Re: Update all pours

You can make all layers visible, select whole board, then zoom in, right click on any copper pour and use update. That way everything on your board that is a copper pour will update.

DRC error when connecting new trace to existing via.

Everytime i have an existing trace with a via, and then route another trace to that existing via, i get a drc error about distance between two holes being negative (?!) value. Diptrace seems to create another via 'entity' in the same spot. This happened to me in several projects, so i don't think th...

DXF Edge-Top ignores copper pours

I've noticed something that appears to be a bug. I have a simple power device design, which I wanted to prototype on a milling machine. So I've done everything as in manual but from following result: http://imageshack.us/a/img687/7763/diptracedxffail1.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img840/151/diptracedx...

The way how polygonal pads are edited in pattern editor

Hello,

Recently I had a need to make an odd shaped pads for some components (weird smt power packages).

Can you make it possible to edit polygonal pads like a polyline, just by dragging a point? Current way which requires to input point coordinates manually is really unusable...

Plated mounting holes

Is there a way to make a mounting hole plated other than just placing a very big via? There seems to be an automatic keepout for holes.

Re: Multiple via connection (a.k.a. via stitching)

I didn't mean power traces for land grid packages. I meant power traces in high current applications (eg 0.4" wide track). My designs include some high power devices, where very wide traces are present (or in some cases lead simultaneously on both sides of PCB and stitched with vias).

Multiple via connection (a.k.a. via stitching)

Are there any plans for adding this feature in upcoming releases? It would greatly help when routing power traces. Currently the only way to do seems to be using static vias, because using normal routing vias cause traces to behave in an uncontrolled manner, an using static vias is cumbersome when t...
