Thanks again. Unfortunately this is what i have already tried and while it does work as you describe, there are the downsides i tried to outline earlier. The connect-the-dots arc drawing method is very work intensive and really feasible only when the handle points happen to land in "nice" positions....

Thanks for the effort. Drawing DXF is always an option but it works best when the geometry is fixed and known in advance. In many cases any reshuffling of components will break the layout of the cutouts and it is cumbersome to recalculate all positions to import another DXF. What i am after is what ...

It would be helpful if the layer stack would be exportable to a file same as BOM and PnP lists. As it is now, one either re-types the info manually or then we send screen grabs to the pcb houses which is a bit meh.
Or am i missing something here?
