Re: Unable to import an existing library

Double-clicking on a component in the PCB Layout editor will bring up the Component Properties dialog window where you will find its library's complete file path in the upper-right corner. If no library file path is listed, then the component may have been placed from an external source without savi...

Add warning

Add a warning in the library setup dialog when the user attempts to add a pattern library with a file name that already exists in the User Patterns group. It might look something like this...

Re: Unable to import an existing library

Things that come to mind right now... * Library file names can be different from the " Name " assigned to be displayed in the library list ( Library > Name and Hint... ). * Duplicate file names will not be added to the library Group , regardless of the assigned display " Name ". * Check to see if th...

This will result in all nets connected to the selected component being routed, but there probably is no way to choose which of ...

Re: Manual editing traces

Today's Ultiboard, however, is expensive - Full (some limitations) : $2816.00 , Professional (no limitations) : $4184.00 Since there are different levels o...

Re: Manual editing traces

...I never had any other program without this (mandatory) option... Your frustration is understandable and judging from recent posts the DipTrace team is currently working hard on a solution. By the way, how much did those " other " programs cost? I can see a good argument when comparing DipTrace t...

Re: DipTrace 4.2.0.1 - cursor disappears

...The only application I've found that doesn't hide the cursor has been GIMP, regardless of the mouse settings it always displays the cursor... DipTrace's Schematic and PCB Layout editors don't hide the cursor, either; but the Pattern and Component editors do. This represents some sort of programm...

DipTrace 4.2.0.1 - cursor disappears

Discovered a minor DipTrace 4.2.0.1 (64-bit) bug in the Pattern and Component editors. Pressing almost any key on the keyboard causes the cursor to disappear. Moving the mouse brings it back.
