is it possible to define some Courtyard rules, so that I'am able to place some component under a component that's populated on a socket that I do not get an DRC? Yes, go with your mouse over a pin or via from the Net, push right mouse button, chose "Hide Net Ratlines"

But you are right, it would be niche if there were a Flag in the DRC settings to turn on/off this feature in the DRC rules. could be helpful for the last check.

The Copper Pour has to be GND. It is a Part from the antenna. And it is important that the Copper Pour on L2 is full GND with no traces around the Antenna.
