There is no version control built in DipTrace yet. We will consider this option for future versions. Meantime you can export DipTrace files to text based XML format and use third-party program for version control.

It is not possible to select a wire and get the "Add to Net" option for it as you can do it for pins. In some cases, you can delete existing wire and get "Add to Net" for disconnected pins. In other cases, you can use different methods to get connections without wires ( by net na...

When do you get complains about broken connections? I ask it because I opened the attached schematic and tried "File -> Convert to PCB". PCB Layout has been started and the schematic has been converted to board successfully.

You can export your board to PDF: "File -> Export -> PDF" in PCB Layout.

It looks like SMD pads were tented. You can right click on a SMD pad in PCB Layout, open "Mask/Paste Settings" from submenu and verify the settings. Specifically, check top solder mask and bottom solder mask. If they were tented, change to "Common State" (that is open by default)...

Thank you for the report, we have added the issue to bug tracker and will investigate it. It looks like a custom problem. DRC just shows the warning but it can't stop PCB order if you agree to send the order with DRC issues (press No on the corresponding pop up window). It couldn't be browser issue ...
