So if I have say 50 PCB-s in one single panel I have to go and manually remove each component line in pick and place file that I dont want assembled. Seems a lot of work.

Yes the error seems to be caused by outer diameter. If I set outer diameter to zero the error goes away. Is there another way to ignore the error?

Mthole to board Design rule, where is it?

I placed a mounting hole on the board outline. PCB manufacturer says it is perfectly fine. Yet Diptrace complains about it. Where is the DRC setting to make the error go away? I have "board" to "drill" distance set to zero already, but this seems to be a different parameter. Erro...

It is very necessary when you have very narrow tracks connected to headers or other through hole connectors.
