Re: Silk over pad issue

Saving to the library = good to know as I import a lot from Eagle.

Thank you for your help.

Re: Reduce trace width/clearance routing alert

Oh. Bummer. I saved the file. then all crashed. First time it does (OS X).
Now when I try to open the file: "File unpacking exception. Probably the file is corrupted."
And the file is empty.
0 bytes.

That's hard.

Of course this happens while I did not backup since I created this.

Reduce trace width/clearance routing alert

I have an alert when I try to autoroute with a STM32F103CBT6 (ARM microcontroller - package LQFP-48). Alert I use standard parameters. Now I can't route the pins of the ARM: https://s33.postimg.cc/hswax0yrj/Bildschirmfoto_2018-09-08_um_15.08.28.png I know I'll have to tweak manually the routing afte...

Silk over pad issue

Do you know how I could edit all the component patterns which do not exist in any lib (as the pcb was imported from Eagle), to be able to change the silk/lines so they don't lap over pads:

Re: Creating multi line text with edit and format control

All this for nothing. It cannot change the line spacing, nor it does take empty lines to make the distance between lines bigger. Bummer :( Lost again 2 hours with this all thing. The solution I found is to make the text in FrontDesign, export as DXF, import ("add") in Diptrace. But I had to mirror i...

Re: Creating multi line text with edit and format control

OH!!!
I just found out. I had to select the arrow tool once the table was done, not the text tool. I thought I did that first, but doubleclick on the table now works, so all is good.
I won't edit my posts, in case someone has the same issue. We never know.

Re: Creating multi line text with edit and format control

I am trying without success to enter some text, but not only on 1 line. I need to be able to write different words on different lines, it means with a carriage return in between of course. The OP says create a table and then it is possible. If I choose the object "Place table", how can I enter some ...

Re: Where is the Molex Library?

There's no Molex manufacturer in my library of Diptrace 3.0.0.2. May I ask what version you are using? Nor I find any header with 0.156" (4.96mm) spacing form the Molex I'm looking for. I don't see another way then opening the HDR-1x4/1.27 pattern and then make my own pattern with the exact spaces r...

Cool! That's what I did but was not sure when I looked at the GERBER exports.
Thanx a lot!!!
