There is clearance option on the pouring tab in copper pour properties. It should be 8 mils or more.
Also open "Verification -> Design Rules", go to clearance tab and set "copper - trace" clearance to 8 mils. Run DRC to verify your board.

Re: Suppressing DRC of Some Components
It is not possible to disable specific components to check at DRC.
You can open "Verification -> Design Rules -> Options" and disable "Check Same Pattern Pads". But it will be applied for all patterns.

Re: imported ASC file.... where are the footprints?
The footprint is built in component itself in component library. If you need the footprint only ( to modify for example), you can extract the footprint from the component. To do so, start Pattern Editor, open destination library and execute "Pattern -> Insert from Component" ( I may be wro...

Re: Diptrace appears to be broken on Mac 13.6.3
Download and move to the Applications folder yielded no error messages. On attempt to launch, it does not launch and instead shows a message box "this application is broken and should be moved to the trash." No further clues and I'm not sure when I can look (new to Mac) for more informati...

Re: Can't hide part silkscreen
You can save the pattern to a custom pattern library, delete the silkscreen from the pattern and replace the pattern in PCB Layout with the custom copy.

Alternatively, you can select/deselect components using "Edit -> Edit Selection" tool.

Re: Manipulating Polygons
The rectangle is converted to polygon once rotated by custom angle. Therefore you can't extend it as rectangle. Even if you set it back to 0 or 90 degrees it remains the polygon.

Re: Convert board to pattern
It is not possible to convert a board to pattern because Pattern Editor doesn't support traces, copper pours, vias, etc. It neither allows to place patterns into other patterns. Depending on circumstances you can 1. Copy/paste multiple schematics into one schematic file, update existing board from t...

Re: Component Editor - setting where labels are positioned
If you want to define position of component markings by default in Component Editor, you can do the following. Place a text where you want in Component Editor. Right click on the text and select "Show -> Value". Notice, you should hide auto-generated value in Schematic to avoid two value i...

Re: Shape & PAD DRC Errors
You can't see and edit the net connected to the shapes if they are built in the patterns. You can ungroup the patterns to individual primitives and edit the shape properties. In that way you can avoid DRC errors. On the other hand, ungroupped patterns are not good if you plan to update the board fro...
