You can right click on a component (or one of selected components) and choose "Route Traces" from component submenu. Only nets related to this component will be auto-routed.
Autorouter in DipTrace doesn't support length matching, it should be done manually.

We could reproduce the issue on Intel based Mac system at the first start only, further starts are OK. According to you have M1 Mac, please make sure the system has Rosetta 2 translator. Then start DipTrace and try how it works. If bad, uninstall DipTrace and install it again according to ...

What version of DipTrace do you use?
Do you export BOM from Schematic or PCB Layout? In the second case, didn't you create an assembly variant where some components are excluded?

Use S hot key when you route traces manually and start/ route/ finish the trace.It toggles between few presets how two last segments are configured regarding to previous click and current cursor position. It will help to finish the trace exactly as you want.

You can open "Objects -> Net Classes" in Schematic. On the dialog window, you can add new net classes if necessary, move nets between net classes and edit each class properties (trace width and clearance).

There is no version control built in DipTrace yet. We will consider this option for future versions. Meantime you can export DipTrace files to text based XML format and use third-party program for version control.

It is not possible to select a wire and get the "Add to Net" option for it as you can do it for pins. In some cases, you can delete existing wire and get "Add to Net" for disconnected pins. In other cases, you can use different methods to get connections without wires ( by net name, by net ports or ...
