Press F10 and drag markings. Press R to rotate marking while moving.

To select component on the bottom layer, switch to bottom layer (current signal/plane layer) and select component.
in case if 2 components are overlapped in the same layer, repeated left clicks will select them one by one.

All first-time writers are moderated, then you can post messages freely. We block only spam writers (usually advertisement messages). Messages on forum are not moderated before sending (as it is possible to remove message without sending it to all subscribers), but we will ban author if he will post ...

We already have 3D layout in our development version - currently one of the programmers polishing it and lib designers make 3D models for all standard patterns. We plan to add it in the next version of DipTrace.

You can connect them in Schematic when you already routed nets in PCB. I will talk with our engineer tomorrow - he is more competent with such questions. His nickname on the forum is "Alex".

Bus is used in Schematic only to group nets into single line and to connect nets on different pages (see "Connecting" in the tutorial). PCB does not use busses at all. The way to go is creating 2 separate nets first for analog and digital in both Schematic and PCB, then routing PCB, and then ...
