Exclude part(s) from BOM?

#1 Post by mredd » 07 Oct 2020, 07:01

Is it possible to exclude certain parts from BOM?
I've seen this asked before, but many years ago. I'm hoping (like my last question) that the feature has been added.

This feature already developed and will be available in the next update.

This feature is in PCB Layout.
Open from main menu File - Export - Bill of Materials.
Here you can create your own Assembly Variant and exclude an unnecessary component from BOM.
Look at the thematic video on our YouTube channel:

The feature is presented since Version 4.1 (February 3, 2021)
Also, the Assembly Variants are in Pick and Place:
PCB Layout - File - Export - Pick and Place.

Look quite nice, but I think it's can be better :)
