After watching the video, I realize that designing a panelized PCB with mouse bites is not difficult as I imagined.

in Diptrace only ;)
Try to do that with other software. I was used to use an open source software with an extremely ugly interface to do panelization. Diptrace pushed the panelization functionality to the extreme and made it accessible and easy to do in an unimaginable way.
The dev team have done an exceptional work.

There are details in the video that I can't quite understand, can you explain it to me in more detail?

- choose the "Tab Routing" option in the Panelizing Dialog box;
- add several columns and rows to the array;
- the mouse bites will pop up on the PCB preview;
- if needed set Hole diameter, Keepout, Hole step, and Inset;
- use the left button of the mouse to change the location of the mouse bites.
