Lost linebreaks after reading .asc file back into DipTrace

#1 Post by Hansel » 14 Jan 2018, 03:59

Procedure:
1. Create one or more tables with 1x1 cell for multi-line text. Use linebreaks (hit "enter").
2. Write the schematic out as DipTrace ASCII (.asc) file.
3. Read that file back into DipTrace -- All linebreaks are lost.

Hi Alex, thanks for the confirmation. While fixing this issue, would you also look into allowing empty lines in the multi-line entries? Right now, empty lines are removed in the PCB editor (tables). That makes formatting text nicely easier.Thanks.
