Using the search function in the Schematic Editor, search the "Components" Group for a manufacturer named Molex. This will yield a list of components. The first component in that list belongs to the "Con Headers" library (see example). There are other connector libraries that contain Molex connectors, too. Narrowing the search to libraries whose names start with "Con" will quickly show you which of those have Molex connectors. And, if you know the Molex part number, refining the search by entering the part number in the Name: field might help you locate exactly what you are looking for...

There's no Molex manufacturer in my library of Diptrace 3.0.0.2.
May I ask what version you are using?

Nor I find any header with 0.156" (4.96mm) spacing form the Molex I'm looking for.
I don't see another way then opening the HDR-1x4/1.27 pattern and then make my own pattern with the exact spaces required.

It looks like none of the 1,383 Molex components included with the latest version of DipTrace (3.2.0.1) are headers sporting a 4.96mm pitch. Does such a header pitch even exist? If so, who's the manufacturer and what is the part number you are looking for?

3.96mm = 0.156

Not sure if they're in the DT libs though...

4.96mm = 0.195" Molex does not make any connectors at that pitch.
3.96mm = 0.156" Molex has 251 listed starting with KK 396 Part Number: 0026481021 https://goo.gl/wXXjqM
A visit to Mouser and Digikey turned up parts

Gotta ask, why not a standard pitch like 2.54mm which reduces board space and lowers cost?

It doesn't look like it. I did a search in the Pattern Editor for "HDR-1x4" patterns. There were several hits, but none of them had a 3.96mm pitch.
