Copper pour not pouring

#1 Post by marbol » 07 Feb 2017, 15:17

I have a small Copper Pour I am trying to put over one of the pins of my SMD IC. I keep getting the error that it cannot pour because of keepouts or other clearance issue.

I've set the pour's net to GND which is the same net that pin is connected to. Nor is the part/component showing any keep-outs or other problem.

What should I look for next?

Right-click on the pad and select Thermal Settings... to bring up the Thermal dialog window. If [X] Use Cutsom Settings is enabled, make sure Connect: is set to By Pour for the layer in question. Don't forget to re-pour.
