Hi Guys, Hope someone can give me some clues as to what I am doing wrong? I am trying to create a new component but am having trouble when it comes to attaching the pattern I created for it. As in the picture below I am not able to get the connection between the pins and pads? If I try to assign a pad number it will just revert back to being empty/ no value as you see in the picture. I would like to assign pin 1 to both pad 1 and 2 and pin 3 to pad 3

Go to the schematic symbol and the pattern that are displayed at the top of the "Attached Pattern" dialog window and...
1) Drag a line from pin 1 (symbol) to pad 1 (pattern).
2) Drag a second line from pin 3 (symbol) to pad 3 (pattern).
3) Connect pad 1 (pattern) to pad 2 (pattern) by dragging a third line between them.
