Have net ports indicate connectivity

I use lots of single-pin net ports to connect to a single net port on another page. It is easy to mis-type one of the net port names and not realize that it is not connected to another page. Would it be possible to have the net port symbol change colors when it is connected- much the same way as a bus connector works? This would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful to me.
