Diptrace bascially unusable on new M1 Macs.
well, I thought i'd give it a go, and while "native" DT (4.1) installs fine, performance is seriously rough on my new imac, tried all graphics modes. For small simple boards, it's *ok** but unusable once you get a somewhat dense board layout. It just renders way too slow. Any ideas? I use DT daily and this is really too bad. Anyone else using a new mac here?

For 1/3 the price and it runs DT without issues https://amzn.to/2WxboKU

ha, thanks ;/ i'm good on that tip. OK I have had a little progress using Crossover. "bottling" the Win64 .exe in a Win10 64 bottle- OpenGL works very well HOWEVER, the 'place component' menu is not visible.. I have tried to change all sorts of graphics settings, no luck. any ideas??

I have to confirm Tops report.
I'm using an M1 Mini, with 4.2.0.1, 2000 pins registered, it is super slow.
Fun fact, that under Crossover, it is pretty snappy!

Have to confirm Tops results.
M1 Mini here, Dip is super slow.
It was OK for a while under Crossover, yet, from today, it is super slow again
