DRC is not working correctly

#1 Post by FDA » 15 Sep 2021, 19:04

The printed circuit board shows the unrouted nets.
At the same time, all DRC checks pass without errors.
Control of the integrity of the circuits, too.
What is the problem?

P.S. I have attached a DIP file for analysis.

Ratlines can remain if traces were not connected to pads properly. For example, if a trace is touching to a pad but not routed to pad center. But if a ratline remains that doesn't mean there is missing connection. You can trust "Check Net Connectivity". If it says "no errors" that means all connection have been implemented one way or another.

This means that DipTrace has problems. This is not a solution for professional PCB development.

PCB Editor View/ uncheck Ratline --- FIXED a non-issue!
Both by Check Net Connectivity and by mousing over the object while watching it show it's connections both methods verifies the net connectivity.

I personally would rather see the developers working on Push and Shove or flex PCB support then wasting time making smug people feel important.

If you couldn't find the issue on the design, please send ".dip" file to support at diptrace.com
