Confirmed. DipTrace 4.2.0.1, Win10-64.
Edit: Mask and hole render properly, but the obround pad is not offset as it should be.

Another observation: For the offset obround pad to fail in the 3D Preview, it must be a classic circle shape. If its height differs from its width, the 3D Preview will render correctly.

We already fixed the problem in source codes. To avoid the problem until the next release you can make the pad shape obround (pad width and height should be a little different).
