ODB++ Export missing via pads

Blind/Buried vias have missing internal pad(s). Specifically blind/buried vias that connect 3 layers together will have missing pad on the middle layer of the stack:

Gerber does not have this glitch.

Thank you for the report, we will investigate the issue. What software do you use to open and preview ODB++ files?

I use the free version of ViewMate to open both ODB++ and Gerber.
