Novarm Diptrace (2.3) is not allowed to run on Vista 6.0

Hi all,
I tried to install the latest Diptrace update and I get an Error message that says "Novarm Diptrace (2.3) is not allowed to run on Vista 6.0".
I've never had a problem with Diptrace running on Vista in the past.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated and as always a million thanks in advance....

DipTrace should work on Windows Vista. Please check Windows version (either 32-bit or 64-bit) and download appropriate 32-bit or 64-bit installer from DipTrace web site. Turn off antivirus temporary and install DipTrace from admin account.
Please let me know if it doesn't help.
