component markings jump around

Now move RefDes down. This let's jump the value field to the upper side of the component, see picture 2.

This is the feature. I think both markings had Part Markings -> Align = Auto. When you moved one marking (RefDes) down that changed its aligning to Position but second marking (Value) aligning remains Auto therefore it moves up automatically.
Now if you move Value manually that will change its aligning to Position too and it won't be moved automatically anymore.
