Real-World Tutorial for Creating JLCPCB BOM and CPL Files

I took the liberty of editing JLC's bloated and complicated tutorial into a short version that reflects how their site actually works.
The BOM and CPL file format and layout used in their tutorial is just plain wrong. What I put in the tutorial is what you now need to upload files successfully.
I attach it here in case it helps newbies (like me) and others. Hopefully it will avoid wasting untold hours and frustration.
I hope the file attaches correctly.

Thank you for the tutorial. We plan to add an additional field with JLCPCB (LCSC) order numbers to component properties in standard libraries.
