Need ideas to design a PCB

Hi all,
I’ve come up with a small circuit for which I would like to design a pcb. I’ve never done circuit board layout before (not on a computer, and what I did was a long time ago).

So, I’m thinking about asking someone to design the board for me with a price.

Is anyone interested? Or give me some design suggestions. I have read the material PCB Design Terminology and Rules (source: https://www.kukelec.com/pcb-design-term ... -know.html)
