Rules and setting from pcb layou exportable?

Hello,

if I create a new pcb layout, I am first asked if I want to
create an empty layout or use the rules and settings from
a previous project.

I looked through the export possibilities, but no export
for rules and/or settings. Is it possible to export these
rules and setting as a kind of template for later use
in new projects?

Simple - Start NEW, configure ALL desired attributes and save as xxx. Example , 1 side, 4 layer, Smp xx - name as appropriate for later reference.
Later open desired reference file, make any entry, save with appropriate new name. Close, open saved last file.
Their is no need for DT more bloat - Just great as is !
