I have two questions:
1. What setting did I miss, that I have this DRC on Net1?
2. How can I say that the Pin on Net6 is connected?

for the point 2 I found the Setting.
Route --> Routing Setup --> Settings --> uncheck Neck-down Traces from Small Pats
Then I am able to connect the small pin from D2.

Problem 1 also solved 
In the Design Rules --> Sizes is also the Track Width defined.
Like as it is in Altium. One setting and different Places to define them
