copper pour boundary at pad

#1 Post by lclore » 29 Dec 2025, 02:27

Not sure what setting to adjust to work this error out. same error 6 times because layouts same.
copper pour radius around the pad violates distance to next pad.
image is with copper pour on and off. If change of state to unpoured, error goes away.
setting clearances does not adjust it out.

Check the properties on the pour for the line width and spacing. I suspect that you have these set to too large a value. For starters, try reducing them by half or the minimum trace width, whichever is larger.

Please check the setting “Copper Pour Properties → Pouring → Use Net Clearances”.
