Laser measures for interiors in small buildings
This category includes laser gauges suitable for small projects where you set up internal measurements. The difference between indoor and outdoor is crucial as the price will skyrocket if you want a laser to be used outdoors.
Laser measures for interiors in buildings of all sizes
This category includes laser gauges suitable for all project sizes for which you are setting internal measurements. These are more expensive products, and as you will see in the reviews below, some can be used outside. However, they are not taken into account, so they may not be as active as sunlight under certain circumstances.
Laser measures for indoor and outdoor areas in buildings of all sizes
This includes laser measurements that are suitable for any project size and environment. They are the most sophisticated and, of course, the most expensive. However, they can be the right choice if your job involves many external measurements or research.
BOSCH GLM 20
The Bosch GLM 20 is the perfect product for first-time users of lasers. Thanks to the one-button operation, you can use it after a few seconds of opening. No manual or training is required. Just open it up and start measuring.
It is a great indoor measurement tool in small projects with an accuracy of 3 mm (1/8 inch) and a range of 20 m (65 feet).
The BOSCH GLM 20 is an excellent option if you are on a budget and only want to use it for interiors on small projects. With a range of up to 20 meters and an accuracy of 3 millimeters, it's great when you need to survey to get information on "as-built" small projects.
Designed for indoor use only due to its low cost, it is initially a safe choice. You will likely need to upgrade to a different product if you plan to use it regularly. However, this is an excellent option if you've never used a laser ruler before. Not sure if you are going to take this great measure? Then get started with the Bosch GLM 20!

The Bosch GLM35 is an excellent choice if you only want to use it for the interior. With a range of up to 35 meters (120 feet) and an accuracy of 1.5 millimeters (1/16 inch), it is very well suited for taking measurements of "as-built" information on small and medium-sized projects.

The Bosch DLR130K is one of our favorites for the interior. It's the right choice if you're familiar with laser measurements and are looking for one for small to medium-sized projects. With a range of up to 40 meters (130 feet) and an accuracy of 1.5 millimeters (1/16 of an inch), it's great for making surveys of "as-built" information projects of the maximum size.

DEWALT DW03050
DEWALT DW03050 is an excellent choice if you plan to use it for interior only. It has a range of up to 50 meters. The accuracy depends on the distance you are measuring. According to the manual, the accuracy is between 2 inches and 33 feet ± 1/16 of an inch. At 98 feet, accuracy is ± 3/16 of an inch. At 131 feet, the accuracy is ± 5/16 in. And to measure margins from 131 feet to 164 feet, you'll need to use a target plate.
It does a great job when you need to conduct surveys to find "as-built" information on any project. It is very similar to the Bosch GLM50, and you cannot be confused with either. Although it can be used on the outside (under certain conditions), the inside is striking.
