Working Fine, Random Error Now

DipTrace was working fine, I haven't made any changes to libraries etc, but all of a sudden now when I try to get SnapEDA parts, I get the Library format is incorrect. This is a huge PIA. I've attached a screen shot. Please help.

I should add I've reinstalled, and used a back up library to no avail.
