Is there any method to shrink the length as well as the width of the past mask separately?

Not really but you should be able to, maybe a new feature? ... see the post below

You can hide default paste mask for a pad and put custom shape on paste mask layer instead.

But it would be good if you could set the X and y measurement without a workaround. Workarounds add to design time. I could close in space on my stencil buy taping the apertures to make them custom sizes but I'd rather not. That's why I use a design program. Maybe you could just think about adding this feature?
