Anybody has a workaround?

Hi,
I have a PCB that have overhang parts on the upper edge, but not on the 3 other edges.
So, I would like to specify V-scoring on the left and right edges, but tab routing on the top and bottom edges.
In Tools / Panelizing, I only seem to be able to choose one or the other.
Anybody has a workaround?
