I changed net colors, now the layers in the PCB follow net colors, not layer colors.

Wow, did I screw up. I took advanate of net colors in schematic and spent all day proofing my schematic and changing net colors from default green to user defined yellow one at a time (both show well on a black background. 1st issue was printing. I can no longer see my schematic wires (yellow on black and white laser). Second problem, when I update my PCB from schematic, all my top red, and bottom blue tracks turn yellow so both layers are the same color. Ugggg. Rather than changing every net individually back to default color, I'm hoping there is a way to globally correct this.

Schematic Editor
Select all (Ctrl + a), right-click on any wire, choose "Wire Color" in the context menu and then click on "Standard".

PCB Layout editor
Select all (Ctrl + a), right-click on any trace, choose "Trace Color" in the context menu and then click on "By Layers".
