R2 is "not connected" in the second frame.
DT 5.1.0.3

F9 does not show an error when networks is overlapping.

If R2 was not connected, then there would be small squares at the ends of the connections, and the "Pin Superimposing" check would be triggered.

This check is not currently provided. This is only a visual imposition, the electrical connections are not broken.
