Industry Standard Design Rules

It would be great if one could turn on industry standard design rules, like IPC2221, IPC9592, UL60950 without having to manually define these. This could automatically set the spacing requirements and such. For this to work the user may need to define the maximum voltages of different nets, but if it prompts the user for this in a wizard based fashion, a lot of power would be added without complicating the user experience. The user should then have the option of tweaking these values in a list (rather than having to go through the whole wizard again).
