If you are not satisfied with your DipTrace purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds are available for first-time license purchases made directly from DipTrace or through our authorized payment providers.
Refunds are generally not available for:

license upgrades;

additional licenses or seats purchased for an existing deployment;

invoiced corporate or custom orders;

reseller, distributor, OEM, or partner purchases;

academic, educational, non-profit, promotional, discounted, or special-offer licenses.
If your purchase was made through a reseller or third party, refund requests must be handled by that seller under their own policies.
DipTrace is delivered electronically and may be downloaded after purchase. Registration data and license access are typically provided shortly after purchase and within 24 hours. Because the software is provided digitally, refund eligibility may be limited once registration data or licensed access has been issued, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
To request a refund, please contact
sales@diptrace.com and include your name or company name, order number or proof of purchase, and the email address used for the purchase. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
Upon approval of a refund, the related license and registration data may be permanently deactivated and your right to use the software will terminate immediately. The software must no longer be used after the refund is completed.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
